DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please fill out a contact form here or email us at hello@culterra.art and we will give you an estimate for the shipping cost.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Each order is made to order in Southern California. The printing and framing process will take 4-5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-7 days, depending on your geographic location.
WHERE CAN I SEE CULTERRA ARTWORK IN PERSON?
You can visit us at the CULTERRA gallery in Laguna Beach, California. Our address is: 305 N. Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA, 92661. The gallery is open Wednesday - Sunday, 11am - 6pm or by appointment. To schedule a private viewing with the artist, please email hello@culterra.art.
DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL PRINT/FRAME SIZES NOT LISTED?
Yes, every piece is made to order, so we can create any size that you desire. If you have a specific room or wall in mind, we can even help suggest an ideal size for your space. I SAW A PHOTO OF YOURS ON INSTAGRAM THAT I WANT TO PRINT, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT HERE ON THE WEBSITE, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?

CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO SHOOT A COMPLETELY CUSTOM PIECE OF ART FOR ME?
Yes! If you would like a piece of artwork to be created for your home, restaurant or hotel, please fill out the Custom Commission form and we'll break down the entire custom creation process for you.
HOW DO EDITIONS WORK?
All CULTERRA artworks are limited edition, ensuring each piece retains its exclusivity and lasting value. Each artwork is available in four sizes, with a set print limit per size. Once an edition sells out, no additional prints will be made at that size. Custom sizes are available and are assigned a number within the closest edition. Images licensed for commercial use by designers are separate from the fine art editions.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A COLOR PIECE IN BLACK AND WHITE?

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
We do not accept returns - all sales are final. We do our utmost to ensure that your artwork is expertly packaged and arrive safely at their destination. If your artwork arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us here with your order number for further instructions.

I WANT TO BUY A PRINT, BUT WITHOUT THE FRAME, CAN I DO THAT?
Yes! Our pieces come framed with the highest quality wood, imported from Italy, however, if you prefer to do the framing yourself, we can absolutely offer you a print only version.
